If you are considering purchasing in The Surf, please review the following restrictions to ensure our community is right for you:

• Each unit has a single parking spot. A small number of 2nd spots are available for an additional fee, but there is a multi-year waiting list to receive one

• Only one pet is allowed per unit, and that pet must weigh less than 24 pounds; also note that the town of Juno Beach does not permit dogs on its beaches

• Architectural consistency is strictly enforced: exterior-facing features like picture windows and glass balcony railings are not allowed

• No renovation work may be performed between November 1st and April 30th
